Program: STAND for All

Summary

STAND for All is a self-guided, self-paced online program offered with remote coaching support. Participants select what skills and strategies they want to learn to address common issues like low mood, worry, poor sleep, panic and discomfort with others. These lessons are part of the STAND content library.

This program is appropriate for individuals seeking to build resiliency, reduce anxiety or address mild to moderate depression.

Participation may remain anonymous.

STAND for All was created by the UCLA Depression Grand Challenge in response to COVID-19. The program is supported through generous gifts from Beyoncé’s BeyGOOD, Jack Dorsey’s Start Small Fund and other UCLA donors who are passionate about making mental health resources more broadly available.

The program was initially implemented in: MLKCH, Shasta College and West Hills College. In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month in May 2021, the DGC made STAND for All more broadly to the general public.

Primary Goal

To make lessons within the STAND content library available for general use so that anyone may use these evidence-based resources to develop skills and strategies to address common concerns (low mood, worry, sleep, etc.).
