UCLA STAND for All program now available to all

  • May 26, 2021

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, UCLA teamed up with Beyoncé’s BeyGOOD to open the STAND for All program to everyone. Through STAND for All, UCLA offers free self-guided online lessons to teach participants cognitive behavioral skills for self-management of low mood and anxiety.

Five courses are currently being offered to address the following different issues. Each course includes six lessons and participants have the option of supplementing these lessons with remote coaching support. Services are free, self-paced, may be taken anonymously, and may be paused at anytime.

  • Improving your mood
  • Worrying less
  • Sleeping better
  • Getting more comfortable around people
  • Dealing with panic

If you are interested in exploring the lessons and coaching services, please request an account by signing up at http://bit.ly/UCLA-S4All-Interest-bg. Encourage friends and family to sign up with you and let them know they are not alone on their mental health journeys. UCLA is committed to standing together to address emotional health within communities and build resiliency.

STAND for All was created in response to COVID-19. This program leverages the STAND Content Library. This program is supported by generous gifts from Beyoncé’s BeyGOOD, Jack Dorsey’s Start Small Fund and other UCLA donors passionate about making mental health resources more broadly available. Please note that the program is not for individuals experiencing severe symptoms, who are currently in treatment or who require treatment.
